PARKING BASICS
Reserve 'N Ski parking reservations for the 2026/27 season will be available later this year.
As we look ahead to the 2026/27 ski and ride season, Stevens Pass will be evolving its existing parking program to further improve the arrival experience during most weekends and holiday periods. Building on learnings here at Stevens Pass and from resorts across the industry, the updated approach will continue to emphasize reservations and carpooling incentives while introducing more flexible options designed to create a smoother parking and arrivals experience, reduce congestion, and make planning a visit to the mountain easier.
Starting next season on most weekends and holiday periods, reservations will be required to park before 10 a.m. with a mix of free, paid, and carpool reservations available. The majority of parking will continue to remain free, especially for guests who ride together.
On non-peak weekdays, parking remains free and first-come, first-served, with no reservations required. As always, proceeds from paid reservations will continue to be reinvested into the parking and arrival experience.
Please refer to Map 'N Park for location details of each parking lot. Overnight camping is only permitted in the RV Lot/Lot F. Reservations are required. Please note, RV Lot reservations remain the same. Visit RV Lot Camping for more information.
For the 2026/27 winter season, the majority of parking will continue to remain free, especially for guests who ride together.

To encourage carpooling, parking is free for carpools of 4+ people or a single adult with two kids 12 and under (must be verified).

Reserved parking will be required on weekends, holidays and peak periods at the start of the 2026/27 winter season.

All vehicles parking in these lots will require reservations until 10 a.m. on weekends, holidays and peak periods. All reserved spots, whether carpool or paid, will be held until 10 a.m., with resort discretion to hold spots longer due to road conditions and other operational variables.

Cancellations can be made for a refund until 7am the morning of the reservation. There are penalties for not cancelling by this time/”no-showing” for your reservation.

Paid reservations for vehicles with 3 or fewer occupants are $20 plus tax and transaction fee.

Proceeds from paid parking reservations will be reinvested into the arrival experience at Stevens Pass.
